About the role
We are looking for a medior digital marketing & lead generation executive to strengthen our team in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion, for our clients active in the maritime and logistics markets.
You will be expected to work independently, while also collaborating with our team to support client goals. We value ownership – you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to take full charge of your projects and see them through from concept to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for our clients with a focus on lead generation and expanding brand awareness.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms such as paid Ads (Google and Bing), LinkedIn, and email.
- Write and improve content for SEO, based on industry-specific keywords.
- Support the alignment of marketing strategies with client and business objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign direction.
- Monitor campaign performance. Setup data dashboards by leveraging analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker studio).
What we are looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
- Expertise in paid search and social, display, retargetting, CRO, and SEO.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, AI solutions, basic marketing automation and WordPress.
- Experience or interest in maritime, logistics, offshore or shipbuilding is preferred.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with deadlines.
- An energetic and eager colleague.
- Fluent and Dutch and English (any third language is considered a huge plus).
