About the Graphic Designer role

We are looking for a medior graphic designer to strengthen our team in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing visual concepts for our clients in the maritime and logistics markets. Your work will cover a wide range of projects, from digital campaigns and social media visuals to branding, presentations, and print materials.

You will be expected to work independently, while also collaborating with our team to bring creative ideas to life and support client goals. We value ownership. You will have the freedom and responsibility to take full charge of your projects and see them through from first sketch to final delivery.

Key responsibilities of Graphic Designer

  • Design and deliver creative assets for digital and print media, including social media visuals, ads, presentations, brochures, and websites.

  • Develop visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and expand brand awareness for our clients in maritime and logistics.

  • Translate client objectives and marketing strategies into clear and impactful design solutions.

  • Create graphics optimized for different channels, from LinkedIn and email campaigns to web and offline materials.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in brand storytelling and visual style.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry developments to keep our work fresh and relevant.

  • Prepare final artwork files and ensure quality control across all deliverables.

What we are looking for in a Graphic Designer?

  • 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency environment.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiar with tools like Figma or Canva.

  • Strong skills in both digital and print design, including social media, web, presentations, and branding.

  • Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout, with an eye for detail.

  • Experience or interest in maritime, logistics, offshore, or shipbuilding is preferred.

  • Comfortable managing multiple design projects at the same time and meeting deadlines.

  • An energetic and eager colleague who enjoys collaborating in a creative team.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Any third language is considered a big plus.
